KwikServ Technician Ian came out to install our new water heater. He called to give me advance notice which allowed me plenty of time to meet him at my home. I greatly appreciated the scheduling accommodations because I was able to work up until the service call time. Ian was on time, courteous and professional. He was clean, thorough and quick. He answered my questions, explained the updated set up and features of the new water heater. I highly recommend Ian and KwickServ Plumbing & HVAC.

Andrew did a great job installing a Bradford Hot Water heater with expansion tank and drip pan for under $900 ( 400 in modifications and 400 drip pan & expansion tank) with an American Home Shield warranty picking up the cost of the unit.

He took time with his work and was willing to explain answers to questions I had regarding a variety of items about my particular plumbing setup.

Their office staff is also very timely and helpful with questions, I would recommend them for hot water heater install and plumbing work in the future.

Andrew Smith came twice , first visit he advised flapper change , returned next day & changed , closed the claim right away . He knew well other part needed to be replaced, he dashed out saying he is in hurry . I wish he did his work with full honesty . Disappointed at service .

Kwikserv is the best plumbing serves i have ever had to deal with. i had to call them out for a major plumbing issue and Andrew came and could not have been nicer or more helpful from start to finish of our project. I had an emergency plumbing situation, and they were able to have a technician come out on short notice in the evening. Mike did a great job diagnosing the issue and quickly fixed the issue. Overall great service and experience! I would definitely recommend!

Very fast and professional service. They came on a Sunday night to diagnose the problem with our water heater and we had a new one installed within two days. During insulation the guys were extra careful to make sure they do not damage our new floors and fresh paint.

Terry came to our home and fixed two showers and a toilet. This is absolutely the BEST plumbing contractor we have ever used. Not only was Terry nice and professional, his plumbing skills are outstanding. I am going to refer all my friends and neighbors to Kwik Serv!! Thank you, Terry!
