Company has good responsiveness, even when dealing with a hone warranty company that is not the easiest to deal with. We have had a few service calls for different issues, all issues were taken care of professionally. Most recently Josh came our for two visits (par
ts needed to be ordered). He was great, personable and quickly fixed our issue.

I have to say my experience with this company so far is mixed. Their first tech told me my furnace was getting a high temp error, but his report claimed my whole furnace failed everything. So, after calling a second company in for a second opinion, the other company couldn't check the gas pressure due to damage on the gas manifold screw, so I got these guys involved again, curious how they could have checked it or adjusted it in the first place.

I was initially mad at this company due to their initial report and the info from the second company, but these guys sent out a guy named Dan, who has been in this industry a long time (I think he said 30 or 40 years).

Dan showed up, apologized for the confusing report from the first tech, immediately was able to get the 'damaged' screw out and adjusted the gas pressure. He was happy to explain every step of what he was checking for, outlined how the "high quality" filter I had was holding back too much air, how the gas pressure was set too high for this size of house, and how the unit I had was capable of heating a house 40% larger than what I had. After explaining everything and showing how the error was being caused by the combination of too high of gas pressure and too dense of filter, he really helped put my anxiety at ease, and no repairs were ultimately needed.

So, while the first tech report for my annual inspection wasn't the greatest, Dan really helped save the experience with this company. I will likely be staying with those company in the future, and seeing if I can just ask for Dan in the first place.

Josh is fabulous! He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He installed the sump pump and left the area as clean as he found it.

Andrew is amazing! He gave amazing advice and actually walked through the issues so for the future , I can know what to look out for and even prevent this from happening again! Absolutely recommend Andrew!

Josh Perez has come out 3 times to install ejector pump, hot water heater and sump pump repair. He is very professional. Does a thorough job. For such a young person he acts as though he has been doing this work for decades. Will always ask for him in the future.

We noticed water around our furnace and called Kwik Service. They sent a technician the same day. Andrew came and explained to us what needed to get done in order to solve the problem. It turned out to be the sewer. He was very informative, professional and knowledgeable about the scope of the work that needed to get done.
