Kwik Serv Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

Our basement sump pump has been running non-stop for a few days so I called our home insurance company and they assigned the work order to Kwik Serv Plumbing. The technician showed up and after reviewing the problem he confirmed we do have a problem with our sump pump, but because the order stated the problem was with an "ejector pump", they could not do anything. The technician left without solving the issue, so I called the office and they said they could do nothing for me and that it was my responsibility to deal with the "wrong" order placed with the home insurance company. Terrible service. Don't use them.

I really like this company. Straightforward and the tech really knows what he is doing. He fixed the leaks and fixed the backups too.
I would highly recommend. My tech was Terrance and he is nice and knowledgeable. Thank you!

So far my experience with Kwik Serv Plumbing is mixed..
I had great service from the technician who came to my house but was shocked by the office when I was told by them that they can not tell me the model and the details of the water heater they will be installing at my own house via my home warranty company and it just does what it is supposed to do!
I am going to talk with my home warranty company and keep you posted about next steps and my entire experience with Kwik Serv Plumbing..

Quick, clean and professional. We hardly knew he was here. Drains look great and will definitely end our clogging issues.

Josh has assisted recently with a gas leak, sump pump inspection, and water heater inspection. We are so grateful for Josh’s expertise and friendly and kind demeanor. Josh the plumber was very polite, knowledgeable and proficient in his work he also had a good helper who assisted him they were fast effective and efficient with the removal and installation of the water heater

Jason showed up promptly and was very courteous. He then diagnosed the problem with my furnace and let me know what was going on, he then performed some maintenance and my problem was solved in a quick and efficient manner, He did a really good job.

Excellent plumber. Got the job done, explained what he was doing, answered questions politely, and left the washroom clean! I recommend him and Kwik Serv!
