I called today and explained that I had put in a new thermostat but the heat would not turn on. I spoke to Greg on the phone and over about 30 minutes, he talked me through how to fix it. It worked, my wife was happy. Highly recommended.

Routinely performs complementary service calls. Gets out quick when there is an emergency and doesn’t try to take advantage of the customer. I had a call today where the previous tech made a mistake in installing a capacitor. They easily could have charged me for the call and I never would have known. They replaced the capacitor, fixed the mistake and didn’t charge for the visit. Appreciate it.

Greg and his partner were incredibly professional! The fact that they showed up 20 minutes ahead of scheduled time speaks volumes of how dedicated they are .They also worked around my schedule and made the process even painless.They got right to work, diagnosed the unit and found the issue and quickly resolved it. Greg took time to explain the problem and even suggested what should be done to avert similar issues.I highly recommend them and the company.

The issue we had with our unit was handled promptly and professionally. The technician (by the name of Wayne) arrived very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and solved it in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend their services to family and friends in the future.

Very nice and friendly, they came out late in the evening after hours and didn't charge me overtime. It was a quick fix too and they saved me some money. I will be calling them again when it's time to replace the unit or if I have any other issues.

Our air conditioner stopped working during one of longest heat waves on record. They came over in less than 3 hours and within 24 hours, it was up and operational. Highly recommend their services!!
