    They come out saying they'll charge $80 to diagnose and when they can't do it they sit waiting for things to happen while on the clock, $40 for every 15 minutes. The guy come out knowing the furnace works intermittently and just sat their with his hands in his pockets waiting for things to happen, until I called his boss and we disagreed over paying additional costs for diagnostic. They sent the guy to my house with no mask. He didn't care if he made me or anyone else sick with Covid and I was expected to pay for them giving me the plague,.

    I cannot thank Hurst enough for their quick response and professionalism. We had a furnace situation and my 4 grandchildren were trying to do remote learning in a very cold, uncomfortable environment. Hurst responded within 5 minutes (yes, 5) to the initial request for service., A technician was dispatched within the hour and. he was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly with the children.     My husband and I contacted Mike Hurst about a new A/C install after speaking with a few other companies and he was above and beyond professional. He came out the same day and did an estimate for us and went through our available options. Installation went perfectly as the guys had the A/C up and running quickly. Mike came out and explained how everything works. Highly recommended A+++!!!

    Great customer service, they answer the phone, contact you when there on there way. Very polite and knowledgeable. I would rather pay a high diagnostic fee or service call fee then get charged a $180 for a part I can buy for $30. I feel this is outrageous. I understand overhead and cost of doing business. Raise your diagnostics fee and lower you mark up on parts.
