Maertin Heating & Cooling

Rich and Frank recently did a furnance check and installed an aprilaire in my new home. Loved the whole experience and felt comfortable with their expertise. This includes Sandy and Mary who initially set up the appointment and offered a vent cleaning company recommendation for me! I will sign up for yearly checks with Maertin Heating & Cooling, without hesitation!!

Furnace stopped heating up and it was 10 degrees outside. I called up Maertin's and they were here in 30 mintues. The repairman was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Everything is working just fine.

The part was $25 on Amazon but I would have had to wait 2 days to get it. My pipes would have frozen by then. All told, under $200 and the repairman alerted me to a coupon on their website saving me another $25.

Should the need arise, I will definitely be using them again. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Maertin Heating was wonderful! When we woke up to find our furnace was not working, they were able to get to our home and fix it within several hours of our call. Very professional, dependable and reasonable.

Rob B came out and examined my Ducane furnace and found the problem in my heat exchanger. Many other companies would have tried to sell me a furnace, but he fixed the problem and the furnace is working great. Would recommend Maertin heating to everyone. Fast and honest service. Thank You

Came home from a road trip to find out A/C not working on a Saturday night just before dark. Hot and Humid, I called their 24 hour service line, left a message and received a call back within minutes. Their service tech, Rob, was here within 20 minutes. He tested our unit in the the dark and in the midst of a rain storm.
Better yet, it appears my 16 year old unit needs replacing but on a Sunday morning, Father's Day nonetheless he called me and asked if he could stop out and check a couple other possibilities.
Are you kidding me? On a Sunday after a Saturday night call?
I'm totally impressed. Who comes back out a second time on their own accord?
Not that much integrity and concern for the customer in this day and age. Maertin will be on my speed dial, at work and at home.
