Maertin is the best choice for HVAC needs in the Mokena, Frankfort, New Lenox area, by far. They are real and personable people that treat your house as their own and they have been the best for the 35 years that we've lived in the area. It goes back to our first experience on a very cold winter night when the owner himself came out and solved our gas boiler problem quickly and explained what we could do to maintain our system. Many times since that first experience, they have always met or exceeded our expectations, including a recent replacement of our AC system that was over 30 years old. Scott, Rich, Brett, Jennifer and all of their staff are the very best people you will work with to keep your home comfortable.

Their pricing is fair and competitive with other companies in our area. They came out immediately to solve an emergency, gave us options and then showed up on time to do our AC installation Allan was professional with the installation with Scott ensuring all our needs were being met. Maertin Heating and Cooling is an Excellent company! When my hot water boiler was down they had a technician (Rich) on site in less than 2 hours. The repair was diagnosed and completed with 30 minutes. I was up and running immediately. I cannot say enough about the professional level of service this company provides. This family owned company is a true pleasure . The technicians are knowledgeable and don’t try to sell services not needed . We recently had an air scrubber installed to remove virus and allergens in our home and they were $400 less than another local company . Installation was on time and professional . Office is pleasant and efficient . Highly recommend !

I called Maertin Heating and Cooling on the recommendation of someone who recently switched from the same HVAC company I have been using for over 20 years to Maertin. I found them to be responsive, fairly priced and competent. Scott was able to correct an issue I had with short cycling of my furnace related to a thermostat I had recently installed by the same company I have used for past 20 years. Scott was very knowledgeable, personable and honest. Based on this experience I hope to use them in the future . I am grateful to the folks who recommended them to me since companies like this are a rare find these days.

Rich was professional and friendly. He phoned prior to arrival and introduced himself. He proceeded to the attic and diagnosed the issue in short order' Bad blower motor.. He obtained the parts and reinstalled in a timely manner. Now i'm chilling out in a nice cool home. Thanks Bill F.
