Maertin's was recommended by a coworker - they did not disappoint. Rich called me with his expected ETA and arrived on time. He was polite, knowledgeable, and took time to explain what had happened. He fixed the problem in about 20 minutes for a reasonable price. Prior to his arrival another cooling company in the area had told me they didn't need my business - I was appalled. Very thankful we went with Maertin's...highly recommend. P.S. The woman who answered my call was professional yet understanding. I'm sure this an extremely busy time for them but she remained calm and courteous.

In this hot weather and no air. Came early and found the problem explained what he was going to do. Bill did a excellent job so pleased. Great company and staff.

This is the second time I have used Maertin, once to fix my boiler and once to fix my AC unit. Each time they were very responsive, in and out within 4-5 hours of my initial call. Our air conditioner went out at the beginning of June. Scott from Maertin Heating and Cooling came out and gave us a couple different options for replacement. The day of the installation, Rob called us from the shop to let us know he was on his way and did an excellent job. He was on time, polite, and neat. When the install was done, he took me to each vent to measure the temperature difference vs temp at the thermostat to demonstrate that the new unit was working properly. The A/C has been working great since. During the process I also spoke on the phone with Sandy, another employee, and Mary, the owner. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. When we lost our A/C during 90 degree temps, we were wary of getting taken advantage of. We were fortunate to pick a company like Maertin that chooses to do business in an honest and fair way. We could not be happier with the way the whole process went. Would highly recommend this family-owned, local business.

My serviceman, Paul Wagner was great! I expected a big repair since my boiler is 20 years old. However, Paul diagnosed my problem and repaired it in less than 2 hours. It cost way less than I was expecting. I’m very happy with this business!

I had an issue with the air conditioning on a weekend where we upper 90's. We were having guests for a party and really need the air to be working. I called the on call person, Rich, who had me do a few things to quickly troubleshoot the issue. When I was not able to get it going over the phone, he fit me in his schedule even though he had a pretty full night. He called when he was on his way and did not waste any time. He quickly was able to determine that the capacitor had went, replaced it and billed me very close to what his estimate was on the phone. He was thorough, but quick. He did not try to sell me anything. He was very friendly. I have been recommending their services since. I appreciate the integrity of this company and will be using them in the future.

I have used Maertin for service on my furnace and A/C unit twice within the past 2 years. Each experience has far exceeded my expectations. Their customer service is exceptional and repairmen in the field are very knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, and friendly.
