9/13/2021 - Had a new AC and furnace put in today. Kenny and Ryan were so professional. They worked carefully and did great work. Very thorough. The work was done on-time, as promised and at a lower cost than originally quoted. I could not be happier.
5/17/2021 - Ryan did a clean and check on my AC. - This is what I wrote in an email to the owner back then, which I don't think the owner ever saw. "Thank you for your professional service, and please pass along out thanks to Ryan for doing a great job!! Best AC clean and check I ever had!!!"

Had Jason from Martin come out to inspect my furnace after I had hired another company to do a clean and check the day prior. They told me that I needed a 2500.00 board, but he recommended that we buy a new unit. Jason ran some tests and confirmed as I suspected there was nothing wrong with my unit. Cheers for being honest.

Great service, as always. I was pleased that they could quote and install an air filtration system on the same day on their regular semi-annual clean and check appointment. They also identified that it was time to install a new capacitor in one of my a/c units and took care of that on the same trip. Could not have been better! Ryan was excellent. Martin has been inspecting and maintaining our systems for 20 years.

I've been using Martin Enterprises for many years, now. They have installed my furnace, A/C, and hot water heater, as well as annual maintenance on all. They always email and text 30 minutes before arrival, and telephone when they are en route, so no surprise arrivals. They do a really good job of explaining everything they are going to do before they start working. I trust Martin Enterprises not only to do a good job, but to also be realistic and fair with their pricing.

Well, after more than two weeks with an old and problematic AC and with 85 degrees at home, we finally found these guys and they deserve their 5 starts, no doubt. They came to see what the problem was and explained what needed to be done. Appointment was scheduled fast, they worked all they because changed the whole system - AC and furnace. We had a small problem after that, the AC was stopping every 2 minutes. Even though it was a long weekend then, they did what they had to and fix it. 2 months and no problems at all. Very kind, professional and also reasonable prices. Thank you!

Great service, knowledgable, and prompt. Austen was attentive and explained the necessary repairs in great detail. He was able to come back the following day to complete the small project. We appreciated they also texted who was to be coming prior with a photo of the tech. Overall, satisfied with the service and will use these guys in the future!

Highly recommend! I called late at night as our boiler went out. The man on the phone was so kind and understanding. Since our repair was an unusual repair he sent someone who specialized in doing it to ensure quality. It’s nice to talk to companies that care and can empathize with a customers situation. Not only that, but send a specific person on their team who specializes in boilers to come out. I’ll also add that the nice man that came out, TJ, came earlier than originally scheduled which was really wonderful and appreciated.

Great experience with Martin! They came out to do a quick inspection and had a tech out a few days later to complete the repair. Completed a full diagnosis and actually wound up costing me less than half of the repair that we thought it would be. They never tried to upsell us like another company tried to do a few days prior.

I have used Marin Enterprising for several years before, signed their yearly maintenance program for both furnace and Air Conditioner. But within last 2 years, both my Air Conditioner and furnace failed several times, one even right after a scheduled maintenance service. Had to call them and paid technician visits and services extra to fix the issues, so the diligent annual maintenance service seems having zero positive effect. I quitted the yearly maintenance program after frustrations, but they still charged me the full amount for the coming services I have never used. Called their office since last September 4 times, they still haven't refunded my money back till today, and now I can only reach their answer machine/voicemail whenever I called. What a "Local" company!?
