Tim is dependable, honest, reliable and hard working. He also has proven to be trustworthy with the work he has done for me over the years. He is a perfectionist and it is reflected in his installations. Recently some extra work was required on a $7,000 project that wasn't included in his original quote. All the extra costs were going to be absorbed by Tim with no charge, but I couldn't let that stand so I split the additional costs with him 50/50! Highly recommended!

Many great things to say about Tim & his work on my heating/ac install that he did for me in my home. First off, his quote for the job was reasonable, fair & he was good at explaining everything that needed to be done on the install. I never felt pressured or pushed by him to get the sale or job which I really liked. During the install he explained he had run into a few problems, because of the age of the old unit, 40 years old, & what was done before in the past. He never charged me extra because of it, which I really liked. The work that was done was great & I loved the excellent attention to detail. Tim is an honest guy and has done work for me on a couple of occasions. He repaired a furnace and replaced a water heater for me. He was very easy to work with and he did a professional job. His prices are also very fair. The water heater costs 30% to 40% less than Home Depot after installation.
