I was very impressed by the professionalism of the technician who came to diagnose my ac problem. He traced the trouble back to the breaker switch in the breaker panel. Due to state laws I had to replace the breaker or have an electrician perform the replacement. The ac technician offered to come back the next day to insure the ac was operating properly and that no other issues existed to complete the diagnostics without further charge. All is well with my ac. Thanks! Your professionalism and mannerism was refreshing.
