Cahill provided excellent service once again! Needed a part replaced on our air conditioner and they were able to come the same day saving us from a hot weekend with no air. Dianne kept me apprised of when the technician could come and he was prompt, polite and knowledgeable.

We love Cahill. Not only do they do great work at a fair price they always give me great tips and tricks on how to maintain our equipment. Being in the dark about all of that, it really is great to have them on my side. Thanks for everything!

Mark went out of the way to check to see if our cracked Reservoir on our high-efficiency Trane furnace was still under warranty where other HVAC companies came out and didn’t even mention it. It turns out that it was and they replaced it in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost. We originally had 4 seasons come out and was never told about a manufacturers warranty on the parts. They said parts and labor would be $4,500 just to fix it and $8,500 for a new furnace!!! A total rip off, a completely dishonest company. Stay far away from 4 seasons and go with a fair and honest company like Cahill. We also recently had a damper system installed by Cahill and it’s made a world of difference in maintaining even heat throughout our split level home. Their technicians are knowledgeable, honest, and respectful too. A solid company from the top down.

We discovered CAHILL Heating while researching "cracked secondary heat exchanger (HE)." This had been diagnosed on our Trane furnace by another hvac co.--one we had used for 20+years. The solution was either a hefty repair bill (even tho the HE part was covered by warranty) or replace the furnace. They recommended replacement.

CAHILL had a convenient webform that I submitted on a whim because I assumed all Trane hvac companies were "cookie cutter" in pricing & service. I was SO WRONG!

CAHILL'S responsiveness was wonderfully quick--and the repair estimate was over 50% less than we had been quoted by the other company! (Note: I had NOT shared the 1st co.'s estimate w/Cahill). I talked with Mark and was so pleased with how he really listened to my "HE story" and gently asked follow-up questions. Long story short, 36hrs later we learned that we did not need a new HE. In examining the furnace before starting the repair, Joe, Cahill's lead tech, found no indication of a HE crack. After asking him several questions and discussing our options, we ultimately skipped the repair because his assessment was so clear, thorough, and sound.

We've now switched to CAHILL for our hvac service needs. Matt performed the A/C tune-up this week. His demeanor and communication skills further underscored the quality of CAHILL Heating. When techs patiently & clearly answer questions, that instills confidence that a homeowner is dealing with the right service company. We are very happy to be a CAHILL customer!
