Within a month of buying our first home in Lake Forest, the house's old AC unit died! As a new homeowner, I did meticulous research and got bids from the majority of local HVAC companies. We decided to go with Cahill and couldn't be happier we did. Ken was extremely responsive and, despite being very busy at the end of spring/early summer, he was able to come inspect our dead unit. I really appreciate that he took the time to see if it would be possible to repair the unit to save us some money, but it was too far gone. Less than 3 days later, we have a brand new AC unit that cost exactly what we were quoted. And they seemed to have cleaned up the areas in which they worked so much that its cleaner now than before they arrived!
