The folks at Climate Control Services continue to impress with their top notch service and dependability. They came out to perform a furnace clean & check and ended up discovering an issue with the furnace. The technician (Nate) was nice enough to take the time to review the issue with me and made sure I understood the next steps. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Tom who again walked me through the issue and explained my options. It's not everyday you have an expense like this to worry about, but Tom and team were able to put my mind at ease. Their product knowledge, attention to detail and recommendations tailored to fit my budget made this process painless and stress free. I knew I was in good hands. The truly amazing part was how fast and helpful they were about scheduling the next visit. Within a day, they were back out to install the new equipment, they didn't miss a beat. Well done Tom and team!

Work included removal of old Heating, AC and water heater and replacement of the same. All work was done in a professional and timely manner. All debris was removed and the work area was completely cleaned when installation was finished.

I have been using Climate Control Services for 6+ years now and always received excellent service. Climate Control Services has done a a/c and furnace install in my last house and I continue to use them in our current home. Everyone is professional and very knowledgeable.

Tom was knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all our questions and his follow up was great. The day of our furnace & A/C installation, the guys were on time, friendly, efficient and a great job. On top of it, they were competitively priced.

A bit more expensive than it should have been, but the technician was very thorough and explained well the work he performed.

Very impressed by the folks at Climate Control Services LLC. First, the owner of the company answered the phone when I called after normal working hours. Second, he took the time to try a few quick tests while we were on the phone together. Third, he set an appointment for me the next morning when it was determined I'd need a serviceman to attend to the system.
It turned out the repair was an unusual part failure and the serviceman had to spend a substantial amount of time to isolate the problem. They devoted the time and fixed the problem.
This response to my needs was important to me because we were out of town at the time of the service and had family staying at our house to watch the dog. What a great relief!

I could not do 0 stars because it's not a choice but I so would give them 0 stars. had my A/C unit installed on 6/5/20 and today it went. The unit per Tom has a 10-year warranty but the only way to have its services is by paying a $119 service fee plus the labor cost for a broken compressor. What a rip off and what’s the point of having a 10-year warranty. The fact that I had to call another company to have them replace it and they were so disgusted that they would not replace it for me they gave me a discount. If anyone needs a good service company contacts intelligent service. They only charge $29 for a service fee and will waive it if you have them service it. Not like this rip-off company. So disappointed and will be sharing this with friends and family. By the way, TOM called me to address my post and still was arguing and did not believe what the other company is charging me so I will post my receipt. Customer service is out the window these days. So sad, singed a disappointed customer.

I always have a great experience with Climate Control Services for all my HVAC needs. My whole family uses them as well, and have always been more than happy with the service they receive! I highly recommend!
