Outstanding HVAC company. My AC had been leaking Freon since the end of summer, 2016. I had already had another company out who added more Freon and suggested looking into a new unit. My system was 25 years old and I knew it was just a matter of time before the heat or Air went out completely. I called 3 different companies for quotes and Tom from Climate Control was the first to call within 30 minutes of my request. Tom was able to come out the same evening and reviewed our needs. He was very professional and knowledgeable and helped us understand the different systems and how they worked. After spending over an hour with us answering various questions and determining our needs, he measured the rooms and even windows to ensure we had the right size AC (3 1/2 ton unit) and furnace. He even emailed us a proposal before the end of the night. We were so impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of the system that we canceled our other quotes. We were able to negotiate a great price and went with the high efficiency system. His crew was out the following Wed at 8:00am and did an outstanding job. Dan and Greg were very professional and careful when removing they old system and installing the new one. They estimated it would take them 8 hours to complete the work and were done in 7. I cant speak highly enough about the great job they did. Tom was on site before the guys were done and took the time to review the new thermostat and all its features with me until I was comfortable with it. We cant believe the difference in the cooling of the house, rather than having to keep the temperature set for70, we are now able to keep it at 75 and feel much more comfortable. Now the house is cooled evenly, the upstairs rooms are now the same temperature as the downstairs area. When the Village inspector came out to review the work, he commented on what a nice job the installers did. The duct work was neat and well sealed. He said he didn't see a lot of jobs done as well as this was. Again, Climate Control is the company to use. Extremely knowledgeable about all systems, fantastic work and great employees. Tom and his crew have consistently provided high quality craftsmanship and flexibility in their installations of our HVAC systems, both when we worked together in 2016 and in 2021. They have always been prompt and their pricing, while not the lowest, is always fair for the quality they deliver.

After receiving five quotes and comparing apples to apples we chose Climate Control Services. From the time Tom came to our home to give us an estimate till the completion of the job everything ran smoothly. Tom was the only company that took the time to do an energy analysis before quoting what size and efficiency would best meet our needs.
Chris, Dan and Nate (and the young "interns") were friendly, professional and efficient. They made sure they put proper covering over the floors to prevent mud from being tracked in and cleaned up with no mess left behind.
Tom came at the end of the day to inspect the work and spent a great length of time explaining the new system and the new thermostat. I can say we have never experienced this type of service, typically a company just rushes in does the job and leaves.

Climate Control is great! They replaced both of our air conditioner units and we are extremely happy with everything. They were very nice and professional. They install American Standard air conditioners - arguably the best - and their price was considerably better than others. If you do a little research you will hear that the installation is as important as the brand. Climate Control ranks among the best here, too. All in all, you'd be missing on a great opportunity if you didn't contact them for an estimate. Professional, great equipment, great price, great installation. I feel lucky to have found them thru these reviews.

We had a new furnace and A/C system installed by Climate Control Services. We couldn't be happier with the professionalism and service by Tom and his team. When our furnace went out (about 10am), I immediately started looking at local companies online. Climate Control Services had very high reviews, so I decided to give Tom a call. He was out to my house within a matter of hours. He was prompt for the appointment, kind, and straightforward. Although CCS wasn't the cheapest among the quotes I received for a furnace replacement, I opted to go with them because Tom's expertise during inspection stood out above the other companies, and because Tom's communication with us was amazing. He was very thorough and responsive to phone calls and emails. The appointment was scheduled for the next day, and the install went without a hitch. The installers were super courteous and did their job well. No regrets here. I'd recommend CCS to anyone looking for an honest and competent company.

I had a number of quotes to replace my very old system, and of all the vendors Tom was by far the best. He explained everything clearly, and when doing research as to what to look for in a good HVAC vendor he hit them all. We went through all the options on what would fit best, and they were able to install within a week. I especially liked like everything was made in the U.S.A. The process was very smooth and they did a great job with the installation. The system has been working great, and has drastically dropped my electricity bill.

Tom was very courteous and informative to me and my family throughout the quoting, selling, and installation process. He did not try to oversell me, as I saw others do, and got me what I was looking for at a very fair price.

His installation team that came to my home have been with his company "For over 10 years now" so that is a testament to Tom as an employer. They respected my home and belongings, made sure nothing was left dirty and everything was in the condition it was when they arrived.

I've been using climate control for years and have never had an issue. I was lucky to find them because I've had experiences with other hvac companies who try to take advantage or do very poor work.
