Very quick at getting here and repairing my old AC system the same day. Professional and explained everything and answered all of my questions. Can tell this company has great employees who price fairly too. Great service and communication all around

Installation was great. Top of the line American Standard System is so quiet and works great. The two zoned system with dampers solved our problem of having our upstairs 10 degrees warmer than 1st floor. The quote was reasonable and fair. Chose Climate Control Services because they are American Standard installer originally but was blown away by their professionalism and installation.

I talked to Tom about replacing my old A/C unit. He explained to me that the American Standard A/C units are rated #1 with quality and had the fewest problems as compared to the leading manufactures. Also he showed proof of that and his company received the highest BBB rating. I was very happy with his presentation.

I was also happy with the price of the new unit, which was the lowest of the 4 quotes that I already had, that I had him install an A/C unit.

Installation was another great experience. The installers were professional in every way. The installers answered all of my questions and I was able to observe their progress of the installation. Very neat and clean workmanship.

Tom came out to do a follow up the same day. He answered more of my questions.

Their technicians are very knowledgeable, work fast, explain everything and clean up the work site when they are done. The prices are very reasonable and the estimates have been accurate. Climate Control Services did an excellent job sizing and installing an American Standard furnace and A/C for me in 2010. They are experts in the HVAC business. They were very professional when removing the old unit and installing the new unit. They were timely, no surprises, cleaned up, and tuned the airflow. They have done a great job servicing the unit for the last five years. The one time a safety switch tripped they we out within 2 hours.
I have recommended them to friends at church, and they have had the same good experience.

Tom Wyse is an outstanding and honest contractor whose company does great work at reasonable prices. He truly believes in providing the best quality of service and work. His employees are also very knowledgeable and are NATE certified. After Tom carefully evaluated our home's specific needs, his installers Dan and Greg did an excellent job of replacing our 25+ year old systems with a high efficiency furnace, a whole house humidifier and an air conditioner. His employee Nate does a thorough and wonderful job of cleaning and inspecting our units annually to keep them in great condition. This company also did a neat and great job of replacing our old water heater with a new one. I always appreciate their honesty and their excellent work!

He explained all the details about the equipemnt he is proposing and how the work will be completed. Danny and Craig came and completed the installation in a very professional way. They took great care in the execution and explained to us how the various systems work. They left the work are very clean. We are extremely satisfied.
