Having been serviced by JNL Climate Control for 4 years I was very happy with the swiftness of them in replacing my A/C when it died during a heat wave recently. The servicemen were very knowledgeable & considerate of my property. They cleaned up completely after installation of both the A/C & furnace. I highly recommend this company.

JNL - Excellent customer service, professional installers, high quality units, and good pricing. We first used JNL in 2009 when we replaced our old AC and upgraded our furnace. I was so impressed every step of the way. Kurt clearly explained options and consideration points about the units they offer. I was never pressured to 'upsell'. Their installers arrived on-time and were professional, personable, and efficient. I happily recommended JNL to our neighbors, and they were also impressed. So, when our second AC unit finally failed, and Nicor deemed it irreparable, I would only call JNL. They even applied a $750 discount that was offered by American Standard (without me having to ask or know about it.) I should have been using JNL for their Annual Maintenance program all these years. Time to switch and happily.

Been using JNL since they installed our furnace, humidifier and AC over 10 years ago and have been completely satisfied. Today was our annual AC clean and inspection. The technician arrived when they said he would, worked efficiently, followed Covid protocols, and thoroughly answered my questions regarding condition of the unit.

I've dealt with John for over 10 years. They are the most reliable, professional and fair company I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. We recently purchased a home with a 30+ year old furnace and air conditioner. We found out that not only did the air conditioner have the now unavailable Freon, but most of the furnace parts were also unavailable. We decided that it was best to replace both as soon as possible. Being new to the area, we didn’t have any “go to” service/install companies. After researching and reading reviews, we chose JNL Climate Control. John listened to our needs and was able to schedule a visit within a few days. We discussed several options for both the furnace and air conditioner, as well as the humidifier. Additionally, we discussed our problem areas in the home and options to help correct. An install was scheduled for within a few weeks, as it wasn’t an emergency and we had heat.

A team from JNL arrived and explained how they would proceed with the install. John stopped by and also gave an update, with a few changes, after closely inspecting the work environment. The install went smoothly, and within a few hours, we had a new and more efficient furnace and air conditioner.

Everyone was very professional throughout the process and followed COVID-19 guidelines, wearing masks and keeping their distance from us.

It has been a week since the install and we cannot believe the difference it has made. No waking up to a noisy furnace. No filling humidifiers throughout the house. No feeling chilled in the main bathroom in the middle of the night.

Kurt’s team of technicians are always prompt and professional. These are people you feel comfortable having work in your home. I would recommend JNL to anyone for basic maintenance, repair work or system replacements and upgrades as they are mindful about costs and always deliver value with their recommendations. Not everyone can check all of these boxes like JNL does.

We had JNL replace our air-conditioning unit. From the first contact they have been professional and helpful. They did the work in a timely manner and even came back and replaced our air conditioner circuit breaker. We have nothing but positive remarks for their service and feel we have gotten the best value for our money.

The best out there. Service is always done right. Been using JNL Since 1999. Having 2nd furnace installed soon. Andy is top notch when it comes to repairs, kinda like having family repairing my hvac. I would highly recommend JNL for sales service and everything they do. Owners are honest people who always help with the right Decision for our family. Trust me don’t hesitate to call them first!

JNL did a great job installing a new water heater. They had to remove ducting to get to the existing water heater, and the new one was even wider. He got it in there and was done in ~3 hours. Thanks!
