We just had a new AC unit installed by JNL, and they did an outstanding job! Our experience with them began with Kurt reviewing our current system and pointing out exactly what needed done and why. He provided us an estimate that was clear, detailed and very competitive. Hiring them was an easy decision. On the install day, Kevin showed up promptly and greeted us in very pleasant and professional manner. He was respectful of us and our home. The install was very smooth and everything they did looks top notch! Neat, clean and professionally done - we could not be more pleased.

Can't recommend JNL enough. We recently moved into our home and quickly discovered we needed to replace our HVAC. We received JNL as a referral from a family member. Kurt was a pleasure to do business with, and has been working closely with us to provide details to our home warranty company. Their technicians are experienced, professional and friendly. Purchased a Furnace and AC from JNL 17 or 18 years ago and have used them for Maintenance Tune-ups and the like. Their service has always been good, but have found out recently that they charge exorbitantly for simple parts. Had a maintenance contract with them and recently got charged $199 for a $20 capacitor. Could understand $199 if the price included the trip charge, but I had already paid for a maintenance contract. Had the same experience with a furnace part in the winter.

JNL was excellent to work with from the first visit from Kurt until the installation of a new air conditioner. Kurt gave me a lower estimate than other companies. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. They showed up on time and were done in one day.
I would highly recommend JNL to anyone looking for a trustworthy company!

John and his team at JNL are top notch professionals! The tech's are all knowledgeable, professional, friendly and accommodating. We've been using them for 30 years. I wouldn't use any other company.

Woke up to an air conditioning unit that had stopped working overnight. Called JNL and they immediately scheduled my favorite tech Andy for later that afternoon. They are prompt and honest and do an excellent job. I highly recommend.

Replaced my air conditioning unit & heating furnace at my home. Service & professional both superb & price competitive. So replaced both at my rental house as well. Outstanding!
So many companies to choose from, but the difference for me was owner of JNL Climate Control. Honest, reachable, was calling on a neighbor when we met & my air conditioning was out. Not working again after a paid service call from another company. John from JNL Climate Control did an emergency repair on a very hot day immediately. Followed up with very competitive quote & no charge for giving me temporary air conditioning on hot day! WOW!!!

I've used JNL twice now, the first time was to service an existing furnace. The more recent time was to install a media filter on our furnace. When speaking to john he was very knowledgeable about the different types of filters and what might work for me, and all the estimates of the presented options were very competitive. Once the filter was installed the job looked very cleanly done. It seemed very simple to open the filter cover since it has a magnetic closure (was previously filter was very difficult.) My father, a home inspector, uses JNL as his go-to refferral for heating and air, and I can see why. Highly recommend them for a professional job and knowledgeable service.
