JNL service is excellent. Every worker is polite courteous and very professional. I’ve been using them for 4years and every time they come out, they do a fantastic job. Hard-working guys and they do the job the right way every time. I highly recommend them. I’m a customer for life.

Sump pump stopped working. Excellent service. On time, and informs on what the problem is and what needs to be done prior to doing the work.
Have worked with J&L Climate Control in the past for routine HVAC service as well as water heater replacement.

Heat wasn’t coming on and I thought it was the thermostat. JNL’s tech Andy found the problem right away and it was a simple fix. JNL has consistently been the best company to work with and their techs are the best. 10 years with them and never disappointed!

07/21/21 This is a review for both last fall’s furnace maintenance and today’s AC maintenance. I used JNL for installing furnace, air and water heater in 2012. Their techs are experienced and thorough and customer support is great! They have been and continue to be the best company I’ve ever used.

02/13/21 Discovered Sat. at 10:30 pm on that furnace was no longer sending heat. Called JNL and their tech, Kevin, called right back. He was at my house by 12:30 am and replaced bad part. Amazing service and support from JNL and crew, as usual! And as the temp was -2 degrees, I am extremely grateful!

I have two very demanding sisters that used JNL for their homes and they recommended them. JNL installed my furnace, central air and water heater seven years ago and did an incredible job. I can’t say enough about their staff and techs. They are the best!

The crew arrived at 845am. They walked through the job and then went to work. After thermostat installation, they explained how it all worked, then showed me the new air conditioner and furnace. The areas they worked in were left cleaner than when they arrived (😬)
I was explained the warranty and the day was complete! Great job, polite, and thorough. I would highly recommend JNL

Great service.Kurt gave me a full explanation of what he would do.price was great.Kurt worked with me to get financing. The day of install was first snow day. I was advised on arrival time, everything went smooth. Got new furnace and Smart thermostat installed.Kevin and Andrew were wonderful and cleaned up. I now have heat in my upper bedrooms.Kurt even sent them back to install an additional cold air return on the furnace for better air flow AFTER they had already left. If your in the market for a new furnace,JNL Climate Control is the HVAC team for you.

We have had JNL install HVAC systems at our previous home and our son's townhouse. They have also performed annual service on our systems for over twenty years. Great workmanship, highly responsive, very professional, extremely fair pricing - just an outstanding company to do business with. We have had several dealings directly with John Beening evaluating our systems, providing recommendations and answering any questions we've had. All the service technicians are the same way. They will explain what they are doing, are more than happy to answer questions. We don't even call other companies for quotes. You won't have to either.

I have been a customer of JNL for over 15 years and I have found the technicians to be knowledgeable and very helpful. I have had on two occasions the need for a technician to return after a service call was completed and I never felt like I was inconveniencing them. I was reminded that I am paying for a service and they want to ensure 100% satisfaction. The office staff tries to give you the earliest possible appointment, but if they are booked they explain why.

I gave JNL a call after receiving the news from another company that we were going to need to replace our furnace. The previous company took 4 days of coming and going to diagnose and trying to fix the unit. Eventually they said the whole thing needed to be replaced because the parts needed aren’t made any more and the replacement parts don’t work for our unit. All the coming and going seemed odd so I thought I’d make another call, just to be sure.

I decided to get a 2nd opinion and called JNL. They had me on the books for an appointment between 10AM and 1PM. The service professional, ANDY, arrived at 10:33. He was extremely pleasant, followed Covid protocol, and wasn’t bothered by my barking little dog. He checked EVERYTHING, and even noticed/found that the previous folks bypassed a SAFETY feature!

Long story short, ANDY was able to not only get the parts needed and fix what was previously said to be unfixable, it saved us a ton of money. ANDY and the JNL Staff are simply amazing and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. My entire experience with JNL and ANDY was top notch. I can not say enough nice things about this company and it’s staff. Thank you so much JNL and ANDY!!
