Jorge was on time and did an excellent job of explaining all the services he performed on my A/C unit. He was respectful and did an outstanding job! I would recommend him and JNL to anyone needing HVAC and A/C work.

I've been using JNL for 10 years. They installed my new furnace 10 years ago (along with duct work) and have maintained it and my AC unit since then. They are very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. I've never had any issues with scheduling appointments or getting in contact with them. I'm very picky with companies I use for services and they always meet or exceed my expectations.

I can’t say enough about JNL!! My A/C went out over the holiday weekend. I called Tuesday morning to see if someone could come out. Andy showed up within less than 2 hours and fixed the problem. Very prompt and professional. Highly recommend!!

Andrew, our JNL installation tech arrived on time, not only very professional but also friendly. He answered all our concerns and was very patient with all of our questions. He did a wonderful and thorough job not missing any details the installation of a new furnace. He was very careful to put down drop tarps and the clean up was great. He wore covers on his shoes each time he entered into our home. We would recommend JNL to all our friends and family. New have also had plumbing work done by JNL and Paul gave us the same attention as did Andrew. Thank you JNL for giving us assurance that when we call for help you are there 24-7 with a great team of technicians and all the follow up you provide.

Called after 9PM for an A/C not working. I got service within one day in 90+ temps, even faster than the fast service they scheduled. They fit me in ASAP, called to keep me informed, and Andy fixed the problem very fast. Couldn’t recommend them more!

The technician, Andy, was on-time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about my system. He was able to address the issue I was experiencing quickly with routine maintenance. He also identified and replaced a component nearing its end of life saving me a future service call. This proactive approach is a refreshing alternative to the break-fix mentality I've previously encountered with other services. I am very satisfied with the experience.

I had JNL install a water heater for me, it was short notice and around the holiday so I thought I was gonna have to wait but I called on a Friday afternoon and on Monday morning Jason had me hooked up with a new water heater. He was very professional, informative and did a great quality install. I'll be calling JNL for any future plumbing needs.

Called JNL first thing in the morning for a non working furnace after going all night without heat (7 degree's). They had Alex at my door by 10:15 am and he was able to diagnose our issue with in 10 minutes. Found a part up in McHenry and retuned within 50 minutes to fix it. Furnace running great now. I used JNL to install a air condition several years ago and they did a fantastic job. Their metal work streamlined my entire area which was a huge difference form the previous contactor I had in. Kudos to Alex for a excellent repair and JNL for running a great company.

Highly recommend them for heating & air conditioners. Did such a great job for my condo that we used them to replace furnace at my parents' home when basement flooded. Excellent service for simple maintenance too - have them out twice a year to make sure everything stays in tip top shape. Just had a/c clean-up today & whole place even smells better! Truly a customer for life!

I'm a homeowner and a general contractor. I had a hard time finding good quality HVAC company to perform furnace maintenance. JNL came recommended from one of my customers. I called JNL and was surprised how easy and efficient the scheduling process was. They put me on their schedule and followed up with email as promised. On the day of service I received reminder call. The crew showed up on time, they were professional, knowledgeable, inspected and cleaned the furnace. They also offered me few options on future pro active service, which I accepted. The furnace is running smoothly, quieter and more efficient then before. I highly recommend this company and plan on using them in the future.
