JNL replaced both my heating unit and air conditioning unit. I found the operator answering the phone, the owner who provided the quote and the installers all friendly and very, very professional. There was a small "issue" that I won't go into details about but the important take away for me was that the "issue" at hand was handled with integrity rarely found in business today. I will use JNL for all my heating and air needs and I recommend them highly to your family as well. They are locally owned and care about doing the job right and customer satisfaction above all else. They are not just words on a page, they live the motto.

JNL was professional and friendly from the first phone call I made. ABC previously quoted me $13k to replace my furnace and AC, so I called JNL for a second opinion based on the great reviews. Their quote was just about half of what ABC quoted. They were quick, efficient, and professional and I’d highly recommend them to anyone and everyone I know.

I had JNL put in a whole new system in my home and they were great to work with from start to finish. John came to address all of my concerns and then helped me with finding the perfect system for my needs. Then the crew came for installation and they were top notch as well. They wore booties in my home and laid down protective coverings for my floors. Once done they had me inspect their work which was immaculate and they took the time to walk me through the features and new thermostat. Overall they get 5 stars from me and all my hvac business going fwd.

Jason was a complete professional responding in less than 10 minutes to our emergency call as our A/C was not working. He arrived on time as promised, diagnosing and fixing the issue in less than an hour. He offered advice and assistance with any future maintenance. The product itself has been great - over 13 years without any issues at all.

Thank you so much for helping us with our recent situation - we lost power to our home a week ago which affected our a/c - thought our compressors were damaged. Called JNL and they responded so quickly. Andy was out to our home the next day and eased our minds and had to come back a second time once ComEd set up a temporary line.
