We set up an appointment utilizing Econ O Temp's online "service request" in the early morning hours of June 17th. I received an immediate response via email that they received my request. At 6:41 AM that morning we received an email from Tina Jankuski, Service Manager, advising as to the time that they would be able to make the service call and all I needed to do was "confirm" my approval! The Technician; Jason Wellington, arrived within the specified time. Before arrival I received a call from Service Manager advising that he was on the way. Jason also called to advise. I appreciated their attention! Upon arrival, Jason asked what issues we were experiencing (he was also wearing appropriate face covering while working in and around our home). He thoroughly cleaned the filters in our electric air cleaner. Next, he went outside to check the AC unit. Jason advised that we had a refrigerant leak and that the unit was at ZERO! Jason did advise/recommend the replacement of the unit. We did not do so at the time, but will be in the near future. They were prompt, professional, courteous and thorough in explaining what was going on with our unit. Econ O Temp will be very high on the list of companies that we will utilize when we have our AC unit replaced.

Technicians Bruce and and Jason were courteous, experienced and efficient. The installation of a new high efficient heating system and AC went smoothly. I highly recommend EconoTemp for their service and ecofriendly business model.

I had a issue with my furnace not working properly at night. The furnace was not heating. I called EconoTemp and they came out right away. They checked out the furnace completely and found no issues. The cause of the issue might of been due to a semi dirty filter. After the filter was changed the furnace worked properly. Their technician Tavares and Bruce, did a great job in checking the entire furnace.
I have used EconoTemp for over 20 years and they have always done a great job. I would recommend everyone to use this company.

After 20 yrs of great use our A/C broke down. Unfortunately during high temps of the summer. Econotemp was able to send a technician (Bruce) out the same day. He was extremely helpful; explained the problem thoroughly and presented all our options clearly. I have gone to econotemp for advise and help when diagnosing my HVAC problems, and these guys know their stuff! I once rented the specialty tools from them and repaired the A.C. myself. Now I trust them and just schedule their repair technicians to do the work for me. These are good guys (and girls) that deserve your business.

Our air conditioner was not working and we thought it was our motor which is a $200 part that needed to be replaced. After speaking with Andrew at Econotemp he provided a price for the motor but went out of his way to ask questions over the phone and told me he though the motor was not our problem but thought it might be our capacitor. We brought in both like Andrew suggested and he tested them both for free and as it turns out he was right our motor was good and the capacitor was bad and it only cost us $25.00. He could of easily just sold us the motor and sent us on our way. Instead he went out of his way to take it upon his self to ask all of the correct questions and help us out tremendously. I would recommend Econotemp to anyone looking for an honest and friendly company to do business with. They were not out for the money but Andrew / Econotemp were out to HELP us. That is something we will never forget and they will be the only company we do business with in the future.
