Tavares was outstanding. Difficult mini split to clean. He took his time to be sure everything was thoroughly cleaned and in perfect order. I will always use Econotemp in the future and highly recommend Tavares and the company.

We are very pleased with the work Econotemp has done for us over the last several years, including the installation of new furnace and AC in September. Always honest. Kept the old ones going for several years more than we expected them to last.

As first-time home owners - we have very little experience with heating and cooling equipment. When our A/C malfunctioned, we feared, from our online research that we might have to get our unit replaced - Andrew took a look at our setup and found out that there was a simple fix instead and advised us not to spend over the top for a new furnace or A/C for no reason. We really appreciate his honesty and excellent advice since we ended up with a $89 fee instead of $3300. I would highly recommend him and Econotemp for your heating/cooling needs.

Called at 8am. Scheduled for 2pm. Was able to an earlier arrival. Got heating problems identified; get needed electronics; installed, tested and completed service. All before noon.

Bruce installed a central humidifier today. I've had this technician years ago for a complete heating/AC installation. Tavares diagnosed our AC issue and fixed it promptly. Our system is 30 years old and needed work on the capacitor. I thought the service fee was very reasonable. I’m wearing a sweater inside now!

This is the fourth time I called over the last three years, or so, when my Lennox furnace was not working and my place was not heating up. Bruce, from Econotemp, comes out in a short period of time, even on weekends, to my Downers Grove home. Very nice guy and repairs my furnace in no time. Very reliable company with great service.

I've never jad any problems with this company. Repairs are done quick and reliably. I also appreciate that they send photos of the technicians before they arrive as an added bit of security for their customers.

It's always the best when a Professional Technician responds to the service call. Jason, really knows his stuff. He was the original installer of my Rheem Water Heater and did a great job then. Now it was a minor, overflow valve.
But he did the job fast and efficiently. He also did a thourough and fast printed out estimate, for a new Heating/Air/Humidifier. He's a pro and Tina the Service Rep. at the company Econotemp was very responsive to my needs. I recommend them highly.
