Everything went great. Actually spoke with someone when I called the company. Tina was very helpful and a technician came to my house the next day.
Bill the technician, did an excellent job.
My furnace wasn't working correctly and I had a new humidifier installed. I'm very satisfied with the job

Furnace stopped working on Sunday! Called and left a message. Immediately got a confirmation email and text. Technician called me an hour later and said he was on the way. Luckily it was just a dirty sensor. But he stayed a bit to make sure there were no issues. Will definitely call them again.

Jason was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the steps we might take to improve heating and cooling throughout our 2 story home (plus unfinished full basement). He worked with us to come up with a temporary series of steps to see if we could improve the temperature differential between floors. He also gave us a reasonable quote for the installation of a replacement HVAC system for our 23 year old system. He is professional, timely and worked with my husband and I to create an optimal solution.

I am very happy with Econotemp Inc. Time was of the essence for me as I had a real estate closing where I needed furnace and air maintenance asap. The company responded immediately to my needs and completed the task. I received the docs explaining everything that was performed. My furnace/air issue was dealt with seamlessly and Bill who came out was great. Communication was excellent with txt appt confirmation, txt to let me know he was on his way, and txt after the job was complete. This is the 2nd time I have used them and recommend.

I called EconoTemp upon a recommendation from a friend. Tina answered the phone. She answered all my questions. She did not hang up until all my questions were answered . She also called to confirm the time and date a technician would be out to maintain the air conditioner.
The technician arrived at the time scheduled. He was polite and thorough. After he was done, I read off the numbers on my charge card. I then received an emailed receipt. No contact transition. I will DEFINITELY be using this business again!!

I’m. It sure if the above paragraph was posted...that was for last summer....today was maintenance on the furnace....Bruce was my service tech. He was polite and thorough. Explained everything and also made great suggestions! On time and efficient! Thank you EconoTemp once again!

So very pleased with Econotemp. Technician Tavares was right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC and fixed it, cleaned the unit thoroughly, and price was very reasonable (especially since I was worried I might need to replace the whole unit). I highly recommend this company.

Tavares serviced our AC last year and our furnace today. We have confidence in the work he did and his integrity and we’re happy with the fair price from Econotemp. What more could a customer ask!! We look forward to having Tavares /Econotemp come back to maintain service with our AC and furnace in the future! 😊

Personally I don't know why anyone would go any where else. Econotemp has 10 star service. Always on time, great service people who are extremely trained in whatever the problem is. I was blessed to have Bruce this time once again. Thank you....Cathleen King.

Fabulous, friendly and courteous service. My moms ac in her condo went out in June and needed to be replaced. They were able to squeeze it in right before the 4th of July heatwave. Could not have been nicer. Would definitely reccomend and use them again

My AC quit working in the middle of the night prior to a hot and humid day. Tavares from Econotemp came out and quickly found the problem.
Fortunately, it was an easy repair. Tavares is very professional and detailed. I've used Econotemp for many years and continue to be happy with the service.
