Can I give them 6 stars??? My A/C quit last week when it was 94 degrees outside. It was almost 5:00 pm by the time we noticed something was wrong. I called a couple places and one quote was almost $250 just to come out because it was after hours . Another wanted me to connect a multi-meter to the circuit board and tell them readings. When Econotemp called back, Bill walked me through a couple things to check. We quickly narrowed down things and he had me pull a fuse to check. The 3 amp fuse was indeed blown so I replaced the fuse and everything worked! Just to mention, the blown fuse was caused by a pest control person trying to plug a small hole where the A/C lines came in by using copper mesh which shorted out the system because of some bare wires. I’ve used Econotemp in the past and have found them extremely helpful and very professional.

Needed to replace a furnace motor during some of the coldest temps of this month and was super helpful in getting me the right motor. Had to drive 2 hours but was worth it and the price was right inline with what a local contractor told me it should cost. They will get my business again for sure.
