Staats Service Today

Ray, was great, he set my appointment for the 23rd of October and on the 20th my heater quit. I called and he was there quickly, he repaired it at no cost to me. These people were very good, I am a Marine Veteran in a wheelchair. I never put my name on a company, but I am doing it for this one. Staats is the best and there prices are nearly half of the competition, I am calling on all Veterans. If you need a heater or AC you call Staats and tell them I sent you, you won't be disappointed.

My furnace started acting up Saturday morning, I called and the tech was out within an hour and got it fixed for what the major problem was and even took care of another issue that would have caused me problems at a later time. Ron was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions while he was working and even dealt with my 10 month old Scottie puppy admirably. I felt the price was more than fair for an after hours call. Would definitely use them again.

This repair tech was incredibly condescending and rude. First off, my husband explained situation before they came out. He walks in and I explain again. He immediately says, well I can’t fix this, you need a plumber..okay fair, but why did no one catch on to that before wasting everyone’s time. Mind you he hadn’t even looked at it at this point. Then he runs it and says it all is draining fine. I said well then why have we had to shop vac all the water out after the last few cycles due to not draining. He basically just keeps assuring me it’s draining. He then proceeds to tell me how poorly it was installed and that he has the ability to fix it, but won’t because his company doesn’t carry those parts or do that, and they would have never installed it that way in the first place. I was like okay, well who can fix this then? He is like “I don’t know anybody could fix that.. just go to hardware store and buy some hose, it isn’t hard” Obviously, I know nothing about appliances, but no need to be so rude and condescending. I will say he did not charge me, which I appreciate because I would have thrown an absolute fit if he did. Not impressed at all.

I had Staats do a furnace and AC install. I took quotes from 4 different companies. Staats had the best price and Mr Perry came out and explained in detail how the install would go, the products I was buying. His crew showed on time and completed the job on time. The systems works perfectly and when spring came, their tech was there on the spot to make sure the new AC unit performed as expected. I had one concern about a noise coming from the AC unit, called and the tech was there within hours.

I called after hours because my furnace went out. The technician fixed the issue and informed me of the age of the furnace and what possible problems I may have in the future. He was very professional, would recommend.

We had Staats install a new Furnace and Air Conditioning system and they were awesome! The salesman explained the system well and the installation staff did a wonderful job. They were extremely professional and I highly recommend them.

New install furnace/AC. Very professionally done. Had blower motor failure within 60 days and it to was quickly and professionally fixed. Who hasn't had a problem with something new? The way this problem was addressed and fixed is the reason for 5 stars ie prompt and good communication.

We purchased a new furnace & central air conditioner in 2019. In selling our home we found out by the building inspector that the air conditioner is on a 30 amp breaker when the unit is a 25amp unit. Major fire hazard. In contacting Statts they are dragging their feet to install it properly. Beware of their shoddy work. It states right on the air conditioner 25 amp.

My dryer broke over the weekend & Staats came out first thing Monday morning! The technician Ron found the problem right away & also informed me that my dryer outlet was a fire hazard & needed upgraded. Service was quick & affordable! Thank you Staats!

Great company! Installed HVAC units in old home and now in new home are maintaining new units. They are professional from making appointment to service people. Great Service!!
