Staats Service Today

I used Staats for my Mom and Dad when their heat went out and the Technician was timely and fantastic! We, ( my husband and I), used them for some heating issues before the Winter Storm hit! They were running a little behind, but he called and told me so. The technician was great at explaining what was wrong and the price for the service call was reasonable !

I was incredibly impressed with the service I received through Staats. My AC went out in the hottest days in June and I was miserable. After struggling to get a different company to respond I called Staats. They were out to diagnose the issue that evening. It was an issue that needed a new part and the next day they had it back up and running. Along with quick and efficient service, the guys were extremely friendly and even in the worst heat they had no complaints and were extremely professional. I’m hoping nothing else goes wrong with my HVAC but I’m so glad I know a great company if it does!

Ray went above and beyond for us when our furnace went out in the middle of winter. Our new furnace is running great. Thank you!

My furnace went out and Staats came out on the same day I called them. Ron diagnosed my furnace and had the part on the truck. He was in an out within the hour. The price was very reasonable.
I will definitely use their service again in the future.

Very disappointed with dishwasher service provided. Technician spent 10 minutes looking at our Maytag dishwasher and ended up referring me to another service provider because they do not do warranty service on Maytag / Whirlpool. Never once was I asked about my brand of dishwasher to make an informed decision on a service provider. He ended up saying he could work on the dishwasher, but it would cost me another $600, which included another service call fee. Service call fee was $95 for 10 minutes of work. Would not recommend this business for dishwasher appliance repair work!!

I had Staats install a furnace and ac at my old house, then about 5 years later, again at my new house. They did a fantastic job both times. Ray is great to work with. The crew does a great job. I asked them to run the ac line in a specific route so it was out of the way. They were able to do it and I was really pleased!

My first impression of Staats started with the person that answered the phone. She was excellent; very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and precise. The technician (Ron) arrived at the scheduled time and was able to diagnose the reason why my old, electric mobile home furnace was not working. He gave me a quote and was able to complete the job during the same call as he had the parts on his truck This was an after hours call for Ron and even though he had already worked all day he was very thorough and made sure the job was done correctly before he left. I appreciated his genuine care and concern to get the job done right.

I had an issue with my furnace in my house not long after I moved in and called Staats for service. To be honest mostly because they had a sticker on the unit. They came out the same day and found the issue right away and I was pleasantly surprised that they said the unit was still under warranty and the part was covered. I didn't even know there was any warranty on the unit. That shows me they hold up there end of the warranty and are honest. Very hard to find in the service world it seems these days. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained to me what was going on very clearly. I also told them to give me at least a 20 min notice before driving over if they could and they did 100%. A few weeks later after this event I had another issue. Completely different issue than the first and called around 8pm to the on call number. Ron was awesome and explained a few things to try on the phone with him. After they didn't work he came out super fast and found the issue and had it fixed in minutes. Ron said because they were out not long ago there would be no charge for the trip! I couldn't believe they came out on call and fixed the issue and at no charge! I recommend Staats to everyone I know and they will be at the top of my list for the services they provide for years to come.
