Staats Service Today

Never will i use this service again my grandparents used them all the time.
I made an appointment on friday for monday and then i call they say they don't have me for an appointment. 96 in my house.

I talk to Beth from Staats Service today and explained everything to her and she is making everything right. I will use their service again. Thank you Beth!

Had 2 new furnaces and airs put into our duplex. Went to turn on heat - nothing. Called STAATS and tech said, "I remember you. Be there in 20 - 30 minutes." Really glad we chose them!!!

It took one day and 1/2 install Heater and Air-conditioning. That also includes removing the old heater. Had no Air.

I've used Staat's several times over the years for washer, dryer, and refrigerator repair. I've had nothing but great service and reasonable charges. This most recent time they were able to provide same-day service!

Came out and when the couldn't sell us a new system just left without doing anything and charged us $100. That was for telling us we needed a new furnace. Called another place that fixed it. If there was a zero star I would give it

I used Staats to install a system at my old house and as-well as my new house. They always do amazing work.

Recommended replacing a furnace that required a simple vent/exhaust clearing. Tech did not check the outdoor exhaust at all.
