I was originally drawn to Union Heating And Air Conditioning because they are veteran-owned. The fact that they don't have an minimum diagnostic fee or visit fee and didn't require two separate appointments sweetened the deal. The owner, Samuel came out to do the work himself. He was prompt, friendly, productive, and effective. Our issue was resolved by the time our appointment was scheduled to start.

Outstanding service! I had an emergency and Union Heating And Air Conditioning came within the hour. My water heater suddenly sprung a huge leak and the cut off valve was broken. They saved the day! They replaced the water heater. They were clean, very professional and genuinely cared.

Union Heating And Air Conditioning installed a new furnace in our home and I waited for a month to pass to write this review to make sure that our system was done right and we are very happy with it so far! The crew were a professional in their approach and work. Mark explain the work process and steps in effort to diagnose and fix the problem. Hopefully it will not disappoint us in the years to come.

Very pleased with work completed. The AC functions well and is relatively quiet outside. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly and cleaned everything up so you couldn’t tell they had been there. Would definitely recommend them to others.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. They failed to call me back after I called six separate times starting when my technician was one hour late up until they were three hours late and I ultimately canceled. This was an extreme waste of time and very frustrating. It should not take me calling six separate times to learn about where my technician is!
