I used Pro Comfort solutions for a duct cleaning in Chicago last week & the entire experience was incredible! They did a great job cleaning and even showed me videos of inside my ducts after they cleaned. After the cleaning they made sure the A/C and heat both worked and helped me out when they realized the heating wasn’t working. They were so responsive and it was a great overall experience. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Gerardo worked me into his schedule, when my A/C went out last week. He gave me an excellent price for a new HVAC system, and he and Tony installed it today. They were organized, kept my carpet covered while they worked, and cleaned up beautifully. They tested everything after installation and showed me where to change the filter. They both were polite and willing to answer questions. And response time to text or phone call was speedy. Gerardo made the unhappy task of needing a new system much better with his great customer service. I highly recommend him!

Great experience, had whole house heat and air-conditioning system serviced and repaired. Easy to make appointment, they showed upon time, recommended servicing and replaced an old part before winter, then cleaned all ducts from top floor to basement. Very professional with competitive prices, most importantly very trustworthy people plus work, they are highly qualified and recommended!!!
