They have earned all my heating and A/C service buisness.

Guys came out today to replace a stacked heater/ac unit and finished the whole thing in about half the time I expected. Very professional, clean, organized, and courteous. Highly recommended.

Be extremely weary of dealing with these guys. During a service call I was promised free parts under warranty and told I would only have to pay for labor. After the repair was finished I was charged about 75% of the cost of those parts and never received an explanation as to why. HeatCool won't even answer my emails now. Very shifty and dishonest company.

Not a professional or reliable company. Double charges for service calls for the same problem on the same appliance. Charges over 100% markup on parts. Save your money and take your business elsewhere.

The first service we called said we needed a new $7000 system.
HeatCool repaired our a/c for less than $800 and we have not had one problem with their work.

Very good service. They do window and wall units as well, a service hard to find in Chicago. Everything was easy and quickly taken care of, customer service very pleasant. A real pleasure!

He is one of the few who will actually come out and fix your A/C while other companies just try to sell you a new one.
