We called A Climate Source after we had one of the big companies come out to do an HVAC tune up. The other company said we needed a new furnace, despite ours being only six years old, and we would need to spend thousands and thousands of dollars. We decided we needed a second opinion. The two workers from A Climate Source arrived perfectly on time, and were professional, kind, and extremely courteous. They noted some of the same issues as the previous company, but were able to do smaller adjustments to resolve some of the issues we were having, and gave us extremely helpful advice. They explained everything clearly in a way I could understand. They said it would be extremely wasteful to spend a bunch of money on a new furnace and wasn't necessary! I appreciated their thoughtful "baby steps" approach to fix problems versus trying to upsell us things we didn't need. We absolutely will be using their services moving forward, for both general maintenance and any problems we might have the future. I absolutely recommend them!

I had issues with my AC. Tony Stavropoulus showed up in a very timely manner. He called me 30 min prior he was scheduled to arrive to make sure I know that he is on his way. When he arrived quickly stared to problem solve. The unit kept failing and failing. Tony did not stop trying till he found a way to fix it. Even went up to the roof to inspect the wires and unit up there. He left at 8 pm on Friday. Amazing guy! Highly recommend him!!

I've had to call these guys out a couple of times and they're always able to do it soon, come on time, get the work done, and are reasonably priced. I hope I don't need them again soon, but if I do I know who to call.
