Amazing experience! Josh, the service technician was very helpful. He explained what he was doing to service my air conditioner and why. This is the 2nd time I have had Josh do my service and he is just great.

The technician that was sent was very courteous and thorough. He took the time to answer questions and explain his maintenance procedures. He was able to remedy an issue of concern and provide information for effective future maintenance. I would definitely recommend it.

You guys truly did a magnificent job on my heating and cooling system. I'm so glad that I found the number to the scruffy because without you I think I would've truly bit helpless for another month or so. My heat has been giving me trouble for over a month, Everything that's right none of us are used to work I thought my heat was fixed over to different occasions but after a few days a couple at the back up. I got the number to this company they were so understanding and so polite cause they have my best Best interests in the hearttowards helping me get the problem solved. I'm so grateful that his steel gray carpet is that it just about over and deliver great products for great prices I think the club is so much I don't know what I would've done without you and I wish you guys all the best of luck in the future towards the growth of your company.

I strongly suspect this company engages in fraudulent activity. I had set an appointment and was told that their technician would come and "survey" the problem then set a second appointment to do any repairs. The first appointment would require a cash or check payment, and the second appointment would be more than 24 hours after the first, conveniently long enough so that a stop payment on a check could not be made. Highly suspicious. Stay away.

Our A / C went out on Tuesday night around 7 PM. With a 2 month at home, it was important that we get the problem fixed, before the summer heat caused our house to be unbearable...Nick, their service tech, showed up within 45 minutes of my call and had the issue fixed in under an hour! Wow!!

Called to make an appointment and they gave me an 8am—10am window. Called at 10am because no one showed and rescheduled for the next day since they couldn’t give me a proper time frame. The next day they gave me the same time frame of 8am-10. Still no show: waited until 11am to call and find out what time and still couldn’t give me a time frame. Cancelled and called elsewhere.

I highly recommend Howard at elixir air-conditioning and heating I was in Chicago for a wedding staying at my brothers house when my 4 year old son got up on a chair and removed the thermostat from the wall I immediately called my brother and asked him what company he used so I can have them come out and fix it he told me to call elixir air conditioning and heating I called in and I got an appointment within two hours of my call Howard came out put the thermostat back on the wall the proper way and didn't charge me very much at all he was there maybe about 10 minutes I can see why my brother uses this company I also noticed that this is the first review and I'm happy to be the one to leave it.

That was a swift, professional and friendly service. They let you know what they are doing and give us amazing advice on how to maintain the system. They were very vigorous and even exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Thank you guys so much. You guys came through and didn't awesome job we're fixing my heating and air system I don't know what I would have done without you guys. The staff is very nice the prices were great and the quality of work is outstanding.
