They were all professional and all provided first rate service. The installation team showed up on time and worked effectively and efficiently throughout the entire process. All questions were answered and we were always kept abreast of the entire installation process. The office followed up with a detailed invoice and pictures of my repair. I was extremely impressed, and would recommend Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone willing to listen!

When I called Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating early one morning, they were able to schedule my repair for the following day, which was fantastic! The expert arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and quickly replaced the fractured igniter. He was incredibly nice and pleasant to work with. The fee was reasonable, and everything went off without a hitch. Thank you very much for your prompt and courteous help!

Great customer service, they called me multiple times to get my air conditioner maintenance done that was complimentary. I kept canceling the appointment due to high covid rates, and they kept calling to make new appointments. They could have easily just said it's past the complimentary service warranty, but they didn't. They just came out and did the cleaning and said we have another remaining!! Such great service!

I used Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating to replace my furnace, water heater and install a new air conditioning unit. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end! I appreciated the time they took to explain all of my options, and went above and beyond to ensure it all went smoothly. After the installation, the technician walked me through everything that was done, and explained simple things I can do to help maintain the system (change your filters regularly).

Josh came to start up our central air conditioner. It was installed in August along with a new furnace. Now was the time to inspect and ensure that the AC was running properly. Josh has visited in the past for furnace-related calls, he is always friendly and patiently answers all questions. We are happy with the service provided by Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating!

Recently used Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating for a second time - this time to fix a furnace that was only working sporadically. My experience this time around was just as good as the first. Their repairman showed up promptly, was very professional and courteous, and quickly debugged the issue with my furnace. He presented me with multiple options for fixing the problem, and gave me cost estimates for each. When the work was completed, the final tally actually came in under his original estimate! Overall, I am very pleased. Kudos!!

For no charge, the technician did an in-attic evaluation of our duct system following a rodent infestation to determine if any ducts/insulation had been damaged. He also replaced, for a very reasonable amount, three air duct ceiling registers with ones with adjustable vanes to redirect air and eliminated drafts in part of the bedroom. In addition, he provided a lot of valuable information about other aspects of the system. He is very professional and knowledgeable. We will call on Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating again for HVAC service.

Received fantastic service from Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating regarding the replacement of our furnace and AC. All aspects of the experience were totally professional right from the initial quote to final installation. I have no complaints!
