My Mom's 105 year old radiator was not getting hot. My suga was going to fix it but since it was a 105 years old we called for service. The best decision we made. The radiator was stubborn but it was fixed and it hot again. Thank you Omar for listening and taking care of it.

This company was very professional from the young lady Latoya who took my information to the technicians. The techs. explained to me what the problem could be and what could of had cause the cracks in my ceiling which is moisture. Both technicians were very pleasant and informative.

Initial appointment, servicer polite however on phone with call center learning how to do job entire time. After diagnostic/initial appointment I called back next day to set up servicing. Told, “Don’t call. We will call you (because need special equipment).” 2 wks later during a heat wave & still waiting. Servicer marks job as “done” to get paid. Not done.

DO NOT recommend this service provider as no service was provided.

Contacted Thornell because I thought I needed some refrigerant for my central air. Turns out I needed an air compressor. Not happy to have to spend the extra cash, however, he ordered that part and his technician Mikal Azim returned later that evening after completing 4 jobs and stayed well into darkness installing that compressor and making sure everything was fine before he left. I was so impressed by Mikal and the Direct Improvement business under Thornell Hunter. His company has repaired my dryer, my oven and now this. Quite satisfied with this group and highly recommend anyone who needs assistance to get in touch with them.
