I had a very difficult and complex HVAC unit replacement that Dmytro and Phd Heating did an amazing job with. He was both the cheapest and fastest of the five quotes I got, and was incredibly reliable the whole way through. He was on my roof all day working in subzero temperatures so my heat could be back on a few days sooner. It’s very hard to know online if an HVAC contractor will be fair, skilled and reliable, and I got incredibly lucky to have chosen Phd Heating and Cooling.

I had a great experience working with PhD Heating and Cooling. Dmytro was thorough in examining my old furnace and AC (each over 20 years old), and provided a few replacement options. PhD was not the least expensive option, but they were the most thorough in their explanations. Installation took two days (one for delivery since my AC is on top of a 4th floor that had to be crane lifted), and everything went very smoothly. We've experienced both heating and cooling days since installation and are so happy with the new system. I can't recommend PhD more strongly.

We had a great experience. We needed furnace replaced as it was broken heat exchanger. They came out at the same day and gave me great price with next day installation. Just plain bad, dishonest, arrogant. Posting for more visibility so people know to AVOID this guy. This guy can't get by with all his fake 5 star reviews someone's gotta call him out. - I'm a Karen yes but beats beings crook any day.

Dmytro was able to source a relatively hard to find replacement part for my furnace on a moment's notice and get me on the schedule quickly right before the holidays. Professional, fairly-priced, fast and highly expert work. PhD Heating & Cooling raises the bar for HVAC repair and installation. My furnace failed in the middle of a cold snap. Dmytro got it running again (on a Saturday!), but when it became clear that it needed to be replaced, he had a new unit installed within two days. Unbelievable! He offered me a number of options for the new unit and provided informed and up-to-date advice that reflected his sophisticated understanding of the technology. The relatively complicated install was done in a day with excellent workmanship and professionalism (the work site was left cleaner than he found it, and all of the old equipment was properly disposed of). PhD Heating and Cooling has my nighest recommendation!

I had gotten home from being out of town and the heat was not working. It was after 7pm and PHD came out and repaired my heat. They came back the next day to make sure all was good and do maintenance. Very professional and good price! I would highly recommend!

A+ work! We had our gas furnace,hot water heater and humidifier replaced by Dmytro. He was very professional, responsive and helped me make an informed decision on appliances. He did the job in one day and was very tidy. The work was very high quality and I definitely recommend him for this type of work.
