Quality and professional service. The technicians were knowledgeable and friendly.

My Lil tech came is and he was so mindful of my house, coverings his shoes, offering to sweep up the debris. The best thing was that he showed me and explained the issue at hand.. More than once until I understood it. Very pretty, only thing is I did not get any paperwork, no invoice or anything to prove that you were there and corrected the problem.

My experience was wonderful. When MJ came out to assess the problem he listened to me and the problems that I was having. He also spent time testing the system to verify what needed to be done and that my concerns were addressed. They resolved the issue, It was especially important as they were fixing problems that another HVAC company had caused. I would recommend them highly. The two installers had all the tools needed to complete the job in one day. They were very conscientious and cleaned up after they finished. I would be very comfortable using them again and recommending them to my friends and family for HVAC issues.

The board on my furnace was giving various error codes and was not heating my home. I called TJ and his team at Direct Improvements and he came right away. Recent power outages and storms caused a power surge that fried my furnace's mother board. TJ assured me that the replacement repair would go without haste and it did! He worked fast and efficiently and explained every detail of the repair. The cost was also very reasonable and I was given tidbits to help monitor my own system moving forward. I highly recommend Direct Improvements! You won't be sorry and will be satisfied!

A good company been using them for over 2years

This was the contractor assigned through my home warranty. The technician told me while checking my system that it was likely the compressor would need to be replaced or to replace the entire system as it’s older, but when I followed up with both the company and my home warranty provider they advised that the technician stated there were zero issues with my system. Very strange as it’s my understanding an air conditioner should be blowing cold air, which mine is not.

The technicians were smiling and very nice and were knowledgeable, quick and detailed.

I'm so glad I found this company! I've used them twice now within the past couple weeks and will again soon. I've already recommended them to friends and family. Such a pleasant experience for a change! Tomasz is wonderful, he explained everything so well and did an awesome job!

To began the technician was prompt. He was here for like 8 hours and I only heard him using his tools all of 3 times. I saying that to say that he was not disturbing my peace while I’m at work. The AC is now working and I’m pleased with his services. Thanks again.
