Trevor was a pleasure to interact with. He was professional and patient with explaining issues and probable future issues to my husband and I in addition to problem solving.

Was a winter storm warning on 2/17/22. Doug and Andrew were supposed to come between noon and 4. I phoned the office about 10:15; it had already started snowing... I told Ally if they were done with their morning job, they could come earlier OR we could reschedule.
Andrew called a few minutes later and said they were on their way; it would be about an hour.
Doug fixed the drain pipe that the sump pump drains into, Andrew got up in the attic and ran wire so Doug could install a fancy new light above my pantry door.
These guys: either their Mama pounded it into their heads or they were really trained well.
They were both polite, showed me and explained what they were going to do, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Even to the point of cleaning up and vacuuming. Except on that day, I practically pushed them out the door. I was so afraid they'd get stuck in the snow on their way home.
It's really nice when a technician comes and they can hold a conversation, actually do the job right, and efficiently.

We did a total kitchen remodel and used Edelman for almost everything. We have been supper happy with everything about our experience overall. From scheduling, quoting and actual install they are top notch. Friendly, professional, prompt, clean - I can't say enough. Would highly recommend them. Thanks to Steve, Simon, Zack, Jake, Stephen, Jamie, Gabby, Rebecca - I hope I didn't forget anyone - THANK YOU for making this overwhelming experience easy and fun. Grant and Mark did an amazing job for me. We wanted two ceiling fans installed in our living room and master bedroom. Neither had existing light fixtures, they wired a switch for each one. The did a great job mounting the fans perfectly centered in the rooms. Our previous switches only controlled outlets on the wall, they wired the wall switch to turn on and off our ceiling fans. They did a great job cleaning up after they finished and were very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Our crawl space was flooding with a fountain of water! We thought we had a busted pipe. Called for emergency service on a Saturday and was helped by a lovely empathetic human on the other end. We had great communication throughout the process and within 2 hours help arrived in the form of Dayton, our everyday hero. Turns out it wasn't as bad as we thought. He fixed our sump pump check valve quickly and showed us the work and replacement. Very happy and very grateful. :)

I had the guys from Edelman’s out to do a furnace change out. They were polite, professional, and efficient! They got the job done in a little over half a day with the furnace up and running as it should. Great job fellas! I will definitely be having them back in the future for more work!

As a business needing same day attention it was great that they were able to come out and resolve our issue. I LOVE the texting notification with a picture of the technician and a little bio about them, a little extra information to help the customer know who they can expect.

I’ve used Edelman’s three times this past week, plumbing, electrical and the duct work.
Each time the service was outstanding and the prices were very reasonable.
