Doug and his helper replaced a 220 outlet and 220 breaker to accommodate a new window air conditioner. They called to ask if they could come EARLIER than planned. They answered any questions I had and got the job done efficiently. They were meticulous in cleaning up after.

Larry repaired our doorbell expertly, was on time and friendly. I will keep him in mind for any future work.

Every person I interacted with from Edelman was amazing, so I specifically want to call them out and hope management sees this: Jarin from sales, Dave and Shane from plumbing, and Trey from electrical. They installed bathroom fixtures and a toilet as well as a new exhaust fan plus ductwork to vent it to the outside. Our house is a bit older and non-standard so they had to use some ingenuity but they got everything done and things look fantastic. I would definitely recommend them.

Collier called when he was on his way to my house for my appointment. He arrived when he said he would and was very sensitive to my home. He put on shoe covers when he entered my home. He went through all the checks on his list, cleaned the coils and made sure everything was operating as it was supposed to be. He was very polite and personable, and listened to my comments and questions. On a scale of 1-10 I would give him a 10.

This company has had the best customer service manners of any other company I have seen. Very polite from the office assistants to the techs. They texted a picture of the tech before he got to my home, which made it nice knowing who he was before he knocked on my door. That is good business these days! The tech answered all my questions, above and beyond! Great company. Thanks for your assistance when my furnace went out this winter!

Installed a whole home backup generator. Everything from the initial phone call to the actual install couldn’t have been better. Very professional and courteous. Hillary came out for routine maintenance on all Hvac, water heater, plumbing, geothermal maintenance, dryer duct cleaning, smoke detectors and electrical. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. Very impressed with this company and it’s employees. Very professional and polite. Would highly recommend this company.
