Awesome job by 2 young men installing a replacement A/C system in a challenging location. Edit “This review was from a year ago and when I went to post another, it was still in the queue.”

We had a newer tech come out to do routine maintenance. He didn't have the tools or the experience we expected, but after a phone call and confirmed visit notes (kudos to the tech on documenting the service call), they sent out another tech and made things right. Will continue to use Edelman. They treated us with respect and professionalism - everyone we came in contact with. 2nd tech also gave us some tips as we are new homeowners and have equipment we were not familiar with. Great company, and fair. Thumbs up.

Repairman Andy Krenz was on time keeping me informed of when he was going to arrive. Very professional kept me informed of the work. Everything completed satisfactory.

Tech was very professional and arrived on time. He was able to troubleshoot and get my furnace back up and running very quickly. I have always had great service from these guys and recommend them very often.

Service man communicated his eta, arrived promptly, was courteous and went right to work after he quoted cost of his services. Would highly recommend for electrical work!

Collier arrived and performed our fall heating system tune up quickly and professionally. He explained the services that he performed in detail. Job well done and ready for the winter season.

Andy was very professional and thorough with accurately diagnosing a light fixture that suddenly stopped working.

Yesterday, November 18, two of your technicians came to our house to install a ceiling fan. They arrived promptly at 8:00. We have a 100+ year old house with plaster walls. They took special care to avoid making a mess. They were friendly and made appropriate suggestions about our project.
The workers were Matt Corey and Kolton Zapp. They were efficient, worked well together, and were the sort of people we would have enjoyed as neighbors and colleagues. Your company is lucky to have such competent men working for your company!

By the way, about six months ago we hired another of your employees to do some electrical work and install two bidets. I don’t remember his name, but he did a great job and we have spoken highly of his work. I wanted to contact you earlier concerning our experience with this young man, but I did not understand your business card and how to send a comment. However, we were so impressed with the plumbing work that we chose to invite your company to help us again.
