Jesse was great. He finished the installation of my new garbage disposal promptly. He was also very knowledgeable about everything I asked. I did not care for the service who answered my calls, however. Too many questions and they didn't seem to know much about the company. The REAL people who called me back were very good. Also, I think they should let their customers know if the technician will not be there within the 4 hour time frame. I waited around all morning and the tech couldn't be here until after 1...All in all, I will be calling them again!

Trevor, Chris, Thomas, and Brandon did a amazing job sealing my duct. Explained everything to me. Very professional.

Also the guys were very nice and kept me informed as to different things that would come up that needed taken care of.
