I am pleased to review Modern Heating with 2 thumbs up. I have been a client for over 25 years and I have rarely maintained a relationship with a service provider for such a long time !
They are simply the best, operate in a personal , responsive and professional manner and always have the most highly trained and expert technicians on all the jobs.
Whether it be an emergency or routine maintenance , I refer Modern Heating to all my friends without hesitation.
Brian and Felipe came to my residence within hours of my call this morning to solve an urgent problem.
Jeremy and Alex have also always been right on the job and back up every job with quick response and desire to solve any issue.

Jeremy, Brian and Dave were fantastic! They replaced my furnace and AC, installed a new electronic air cleaner and a mini split heat pump in my sunroom where there was no existing duct work. They were professional, neat and very quiet and cleaned up everything when they finished. They took great care with putting down tarps and removing their shoes so they made no mess.

Jeremy initially came to give me a proposal and answered all of my questions and explained the concept of how the ductless mini split works. He had extensive experience with these types of units, even using them in his own home. This work was a big financial investment for me. His expertise gave me confidence that using this team was the right choice. In addition, he suggested installing a cold air return in my bonus room to improve regulating the temperature upstairs which may eliminate the need for installing an additional unit upstairs. I am very happy with the service I received.
