Modern Heating and their staff were amazing! They were quick to respond when our AC went out for our upstairs. They gave me many great options to choose from at different price points. Their installer Dave was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Lisa in the office was great and made the process very easy for us. We also had them install a furnace last winter and the process was just a smooth. I would highly recommend them.

Today Felipe stopped out for my annual boiler inspection. He was on-time, respectful, performed the tasks quickly and area was left spotless.
