I am a new customer to Modern Heating and this the second service call to my residence The first service call was in October to service the furnace for the winter. this service call was to start the AC. My technician Felipe was extremely thorough in inspecting the furnace and AC unit. He explained everything he was doing, and he answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with his service and recommend him highly.

After checking a couple of HVAC services to repair our AC, unsuccessfully, I decided to call Modern Heating because we used them a few years ago while living in another home. The other HVAC services were only concerned with getting us in their maintenance program and changing the AC and Furnace to new ones. The prices were way overpriced. We were told our system was no longer made by Lennox, what they failed to tell us that we could buy the part, which turned out to be the motor. Alex from modern told us we could buy the motor from Lennox thru them and they would come install it. Finally success. Alex was so awesome, professional & honest. Not very expensive at all. I will request Alex every time. Thank you. AC is running smooth, perfect & cool. Thanks Alex. Thanks Modern & Lisa.

We are Gold Star service customers and Modern Heating keeps our furnace, AC, humidifier, dehumidifier and air filter humming. Our house is always so comfortable. Felipe and Brian provided our spring servicing today and treat us like gold.
