Very professional, we just moved into the house and the HVAC units were different than we have had in the past. The tech took the time to explain in detail, the units, components and general maintenance.

Marco was very professional, and explained all the options available . We were satisfied .

My air conditioning system wasn’t working and they sent someone out the next day. He was early (which was great) and was super friendly and informative. He explained how things worked and why things weren’t working correctly. I got an estimate for a new air conditioning system because ours will need to be replaced soon. It seemed very reasonable.

Adam was great! Very helpful and took the time to show me how to program our new thermostats!

The service technician, Ricardo, was very knowledgeable and he diagnosed the problem just by listening to the system and viewing the outside compressor for the ac system. He was very knowledgeable and quick to make the repair.

I’d recommend these guys to anyone as their techs did a fabulous job

Absolutely the worst business we’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. They came out, charged us and promised to return to perform the service. Three weeks later we were still calling them and asking them to come out only for them to continue rescheduling multiple times claiming they had no available appointments. That’s AFTER we paid. When they finally put us on the list, they sent over a teenager who had no clue why he was there and what he was doing. He left an absolute mess in our basement, our AC in an inoperable condition and left without performing the service again and said that someone else will come later that day to do it. I called the front office and they assured me someone was coming by 7 pm. We waited all day in a hot house only for no one to show up. They lied and continue to lie to us on the phone and to date they have still not performed the service they charged us close to $400 for. Absolutely unethical scam of a business and I strongly suspect the positive reviews are all fake. STAY AWAY!

Awesome techs, outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

Our home was 81 degrees and we could not figure out the cause. We called Barrington Heating & Air Conditioning around 8pm on a Wednesday and were able to schedule an appointment for the following morning. Ricardo showed up on time and was knowledgable, friendly, and professional. The issue was resolved and our home is now a comfortable 70 degrees. Would definitely use this company again and recommend to anyone needing their services!
