This company was the only company to response to a call at 4:30am The on call serviceman responded with in minutes. He was here with 1/2 hour to fix my problem
He was honest and courteous He didn’t inspected my furnace and adjusted my blower speed. He didn’t try to do sell me or mislead me in any repairs
In all my years I have never encountered a more honest and efficient Company I would highly recommend this Company and definitely recommend the tech.
6 star rating is not enough for the Company this Tech I give them a 10 star rating and highly recommend them

I saw them service my cousin's AC so gave them the task of maintaining my units as well. They are really good and the techs are decent and knowledgeable.

Very responsive but very expensive service call. $500 for a 15 minute job with a part that cost about $20 to $50.

I've been impressed with the professional quality work with the service tech Scott, installer's Jeff and Daniel, repair tech Marco. Everything worked great with the new system, then a week later, a problem occurred. I made a call in the morning to G&R, explained the situation, they had someone available for the afternoon. Marco was on time and got us back with heat.

Adam was on time and he charged an appropriate sum for his professional and helpful services. I’d call this company again without reservation.
