Eric was the lead technician of a group of 3 who installed my new Lenox Furnace. They were all masked and followed the pandemic safety measures. They took great care in removing the old furnace and installing the new one in the house. Eric answered any and all questions and was a great representative of the company. The Furnace is SO quiet and much more efficient than the old one. It was a GREAT experience!

My air conditioner went out yesterday and this week the temperatures are going to reach 100 degrees. I called Franzen and they were able to schedule me today. Jeremy came out and was able to find my problem and fix it right away. The air conditioning is back on thank goodness. He we great! Thanks for your prompt, wonderful service!

Furnace stopped working and within 2 hours Armando was out and diagnosed and replaced our igniter. Highly recommend!

I had a late night emergency and called Franzen. Within an hour, the guy showed up. I think his name was Jeremy. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He fixed my furnace issue very quickly. Would recommend this business for your heating needs.

Our 25-year old A/C went out. We called 4 companies based on recommendations from others to obtain quotes to replace the A/C and gas furnace. Eric came to our house at the time scheduled, was straight to the point on his recommendations and answered all my questions. The other 3 companies were like dealing with used-cars sales people and were extremely overpriced (25-30% higher than Franzen for comparable equipment). The installation process went quite smoothly, the team worked well together, explained our new equipment clearly and were extremely courteous. Prior to our selecting Franzen, I called on a Saturday morning with a list of questions. Tony took the time to answer each question to my satisfaction. We are very satisfied customers.

I'm so glad I finally called Franzen Heating & Cooling. The third time ended up being the charm. After having a couple of other companies out to diagnose the problem with our A/C (and unnecessarily recommend we buy an entirely new system), Jeremy stopped by and figured it all out.
