It was hot! Our 30 year old A/C was failing! We called Tony Franzen and he was able to get someone out to our home immediately. Jeremy came out and was friendly and competent. He gave us a fair price to replace our heating and A/C. Jason and his assistant arrived to install our new equipment the next day - it was one of the hottest days of the year! By 4:30 that afternoon we were cool and comfortable. The next day they arrived to finish the furnace installation and clean our ducts. We were very satisfied with their responsiveness and the quality of their work! A VERY good experience! We would highly recommend Franzen Heating & Cooling.

I had Franzen replace my furnace and air conditioner several years ago. Since then, I’ve had them back out a few times a year to perform the routine maintenance.

I’ve found the Franzen techs to be very professional and knowledgeable. Jeremy, especially, has come to my house for most of the maintenance visits. He’s very prompt, nice to talk with, and cleans-up the area before he leaves. I’ve never felt pressured to buy anything; in fact, they will discuss the pros and cons about anything I need.

I’m very happy with Franzen and highly recommend the company.

I am unfortunately changing my review. Politeness and professionalism of your associate is great. My issue is that on your website it says 💯 diagnosis and satisfaction guarantee. That unfortunatelt is false for our case as of today. We had you guys come out twice for air duct cleaning and leak fix due to condensaion in the basement.

Let me just say the same duct now has new leak area and more water dripping. We really wanted to like your company. I am providing this critics with utmost respect since we only wanted the problem solved in exchange for $349 payment we made.

We would have really valued your honesty more had you told us the issue we are having is something your company could not fix at the very first estimate and diagnostic visit.

We also spoke with the owner the night of the serivice and was promised second eye was going to be sent (two people to be specific) but you sent the one person that service our duct initially defeating the whole purpose of the second visit!

In addition, in the process of tightening the dryer duct, your associate actually left a whole in our AC duct which we covered by putting screw in for now. I have picture of evidence of the shotty work unfortunately. Only noticed it after the associate left.

However, we would still like to thank you for your time and would take the loss on this one.

Recently had new furnace and air conditioner installed, and I'm very pleased with the prompt service and professionalism of this company. I got an estimate within the hour on a Friday and everything was installed the following Thursday. Jason and Shaun did a clean, quick job; and they even brought in extra help to finish this big job in a timely fashion. I highly recommend their service!

Tony was really helpful on the phone and got someone out to us within about an hour. The issue with our furnace was not easy to find because by the time Cole from Franzen arrived, it appeared to be working correctly. However, Cole was really patient, a great communicator and listened carefully to my garbled description of what had been going on. Those great customer service traits alone will have me calling Franzen for any HVAC issue we have.

Our furnace went out on Good Friday and the supply house for the part we needed was closed until Monday so we would be without heat. Spoke with Tony who was so kind as to bring heaters to keep us warm until Jason came out Monday for repairs. Jason was very informative and not pushy and felt honest in his suggestions to get our furnace up and running at the best cost. I will recommend them to my neighbors for sure. We will also have them out to do our air conditioning tune up soon since it’s warming up. Thank you Franzen family!

I was in the market to replace my 30 year old builder grade furnace and air conditioner. I originally called another well known hvac business in town, and was ready to pull the trigger, but after 2 weeks of back and forth I backed out and contacted Tony at Franzen. I had previously had Franzen out for an estimate about 5 years ago. In one phone call Tony was able to retrieve my original estimate, update it to the latest trane equipment and pricing and give me an updated quote over the phone, which was substantially less than the competitor I was going to have do the job. He was also able to set up the installation date and take a down payment... all in a 15 minute phone call. On the installation day the crew arrived on time and my new equipment was installed properly and is now functioning well. A few days later I had Franzen back out for a duct cleaning, and my ductwork was in bad need of cleaning. Once again they arrived on time and they did a great job, and Tony even came out and personally inspected the job and resolved any concerns I had. Great service is hard to find in this day and age, and it exists with Franzen. Hire them, you won't be disappointed.
