O-Zone is one of the best companies we have ever worked with. We had radiant heat and no duct work for central air conditioning. Ozzie found a way to install duct work and a new HVAC system in our 75 year old house when others couldn’t. Professional, reliable, knowledgeable and very fair with pricing. Impeccable work.

We had them out 3 times now. Their honesty and professional service are outstanding. The first time out, they serviced our 20+ year old furnace. Their comment was "it's old, but I can fix it." Another contractor told us it was unrepairable and tried to sell us a new furnace which we could not afford at that time. On each visit, he did not push a service we did not need, even when we tbought we did. When our furnace does die, I will not go elsewhere. O-zone has earned our business and loyalty.

We noticed on Sunday night our hot water heater was leaking. My husband was heading out of town for work the next morning so he called O-Zone to set up an appointment while he's gone. They arrived the following day on time, were very courteous and professional. The issue turned out to be a lot more than the hot water heater and I'm sure took up a lot more time than expected. They exceptionally fixed all of the issues and cleaned up everything. I can not praise these men enough for doing such an excellent job, especially coming from a working Mom who's husband travels for work. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Ozzie is the best! Been working with him for about 6+ years now doing installs on my foreclosed properties. He has never let me down and does exceptional work. I even had him install a high end Furnace/AC and air purification system in my house. Never had a call back or an issue with any of his work and his pricing is very competitive.

Our heat was out at our school and not only did they come out right away to diagnose the issue they came back the same day and stayed late into the night to install a new system and ensure the building was warm for the following day! During the process they explained exactly what was wrong (in terms I could understand) and communicated every step of the way.
