Logan and Trevor came to clean air ducts for my dryer today. They were very polite and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves they were fast and efficient. Franzen is always quick to come and fix any issue I have with my heating and air. They do a wonderful job as it seems my unit is very unique and not seen often. I appreciate all of their hard work!

My AC wasn’t blowing cold air and I called “company A” they came out and immediately told me that my unit was un repairable and that I needed a new unit. So I googled and came across Franzen, Logan came out repaired my unit for me. Explained to me that it is an older unit but with maintenance it will last and that it didn’t need to be replaced. I highly recommend them!!!

They came to the rescue when our home warranty failed to. We called them late morning and they arrived in a few hours. They were professional and friendly. We decided to install a new furnace and ac unit instead of making repairs to a very old unit. We were not pressured to install new units either it was given to us as an option and we knew it was time. Due to the time of day they installed the next day. They arrived promptly at 8 am when promised. All the techs were very professional and friendly.We are extremely happy with their work!!! We will definitely recommend them and use them again!!!

Amazing service! We had a winter heating emergency, we woke up to no heat on Sunday. Within an hour Tony came over and assessed the problem and the next day, barely 24 hours later, our new furnace was installed. Franzen heating and cooling has that "home town, we will take care of you" customer service that you do not often get in this day. Highly recommend!

We have been going through Franzen for a little over 6 years now and I am always so happy with their service! They answer the phone everytime and always get out here immediately and/or pencil us in as fast as possible. They always tell us the truth about what is going on and what’s the best thing to do. I know my family is in good hands with Franzen, they replaced our dinosaur of a furnace 5 years ago and this summer replaced our A/C unit. They are also super friendly and personable!

Tony and team are very professional, clean, and responsive. Furnace died in late Dec and needed to be replaced. Gave me a great quote on project, and the guys did fantastic job removing the existing unit (12+ years old), cleaning build up in the coils and installing new furnace. Changed all drainage pipes and replaced gas connection. House temperature feels great.

Shortly after we purchased our home, our plans were to contact Franzen to clean and inspect our aging HVAC and hot water heater. By chance we noticed that a poorly installed flue pipe was badly deteriorated and needed immediate attention. Franzen came to our aid quickly. Our technician Jeremy was thorough. He reviewed how the HVAC system needed to be modified and HWH needed replacement and alternate venting. He offered a few options and scheduled the services within days. Installations and repairs were done by Jeremy and Shawn. They were professional, neat, knowledgable and overall very nice guys. I commend the Franzen Team for their quick action, reasonable pricing and practical recommendations. Left unchecked, our problems could have resulted in very dangerous conditions. Thank you Franzen.
